Nucover Wall Coating is a cost -effective aqueous high build coating based on specific acrylic copolymers, reinforced with naturally occurring micaceous and marble minerals and fibres that together produces a superior quality coating with excellent durability, weatherability, and water resistance. Nucover is specifically designed to coat fair-faced bagged, and plastered masonry, resulting in a homogenous and flexible coating that both fills surface imperfections, as well as providing excellent long-term decoration and protection in all environments. Nucover Wall Coating complies with the requirements of SANS 1227:2005 Type1 smooth, aggregate-free textured finish, and passes the requirements of the Rain Penetration Test of SANS0400:1990, Sub-rule KK17, for coastal areas with high mean rainfall (report attached).

Bagged Fair-faced Masonry
Prepare the substrate by removing all dirt, dust and loose adherent matter. Fill large holes and imperfections with a cement mortar slurry. Apply 2 coats of Nucover Wall Coating as supplied, ensuring a homogenous and even coating application.
Plastered Masonry
Prepare by removing all dirt and loose adherent particles. Stop and fill imperfections with Skim-it exterior filler as required. Apply 2 coats of Nucover Wall Coating as supplied, ensuring a homogenous and even coating application.

NucoverWallCoatingissuppliedreadyforuseandmustbeappliedassuppliedwithoutthinning. Apply the first coat to a consistent coating thickness, laying off in one direction, depending on desired texture. Allow a minimum of 4 hours drying between coats, and when dry, apply a second coat to finish. Nucover may be applied by block brush, heavy duty sheepskin roller, and stipple roller or by spray, depending on the desired texture and finish.
